.45 Automatic Colt Pistol, .45 ACP, .45 cal or simply 45 (11.43x23mm), is a cartridge used by the USP, USP-S, UMP, and MAC-10 in the Counter-Strike series.

Ammunition management

  • $25 per magazine of 12 rounds.
  • The maximum amount a player can carry of .45 ACP rounds is 100, which costs a total of $225.
    • USP - 8 full spare magazines and 1 4-rounds spare magazine.
    • UMP - 4 full spare magazines.
    • MAC-10 - 3 full spare magazines and 1 10-rounds spare magazine.
  • Since the Counter-Terrorists' default sidearm is the USP, they start with 24 .45 ACP rounds. This means Counter-Terrorists only need to purchase 7 magazines of .45 ACP rounds that costs 175$.

This cartridge can be found in ammo boxes of two sizes:

  • The small box which gives one full USP magazine (12 rounds).
  • The large box which gives five full USP magazines (60 rounds).
