Alex Kincaide is a journalist captured by Chase Turner when he defected to The Phoenix during Operation Vanguard. The Coalition Forces are tasked with rescuing Kincaide during the events of Valeria's Secret Weapon but are ultimately unsuccessful.
He is rescued during the Gemini campaign, and is the target hostage found in Phoenix Compound, in the first of the three Co-op Strike missions, The Extraction.
