The ExoSuit is an unreleased or cut item added in July 16, 2014 Update to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive game files[1].
Overview
It is unknown how the suit will fit in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, but the Cobblestone sound manifest suggests it is or was to give the player the ability to improve their jumping in a fashion similar to the Long Jump Module.
In the June 20, 2017 update, references to refunding price for the exosuit along with Helmet were added in "protobuffs":
