“The Phoenix has been reborn; and its new leader, the enigmatic Valeria Jenner, has special need of you. Pick up your AK-47 and answer her call: for the fires of revolution burn brightly, and Valeria would see you stoke the flames.”
Introduced as part of Operation Bloodhound, Revolution is the second campaign available to the player as part of the operation. The campaign is made up of many missions of varying difficulty. Unlike the previous operation's campaigns, the missions tracks are not separated by difficulty, but rather integrate various difficulties throughout a non-linear track.
The player takes the role of the most recent recruit to the infamous terrorist group known as "The Phoenix". The group is led by Valeria Jenner and recruits like minded people to commit acts of "freedom" throughout the word in an effort to advance "The Struggle". Additionally, the player is tasked with following in the footsteps of Chase Turner, advancing in the ranks by committing acts of "freedom", and protecting Valeria. Throughout the campaign, the player is given missions by Valeria and, prior to his assassination, Turner. Several missions are also given by the infamous arms dealer, Booth.
