“You got him”

Domination is a feature that appears in Counter-Strike: Source and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It shows a specific player that is repeatedly killing the same player.
Overview[]
A Domination is a "reward" received for one player to kill, or assist in killing, one particular enemy four times without the aforementioned enemy killing or assisting in a kill against the player in Counter-Strike: Source and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. In CS:GO, It is only enabled in Arsenal: Demolition, Arsenal: Arms Race and Deathmatch.
Nemesis[]
If Player A dominates Player B, Player A will become Player B's Nemesis. Player A will see a small targeted person icon next to the Player B's name on the scoreboard and on the kills feed. When Player B is dominated by Player A, Player B's Deathcam will say "Player A is dominating you". Player B will see an icon of a devil (CS:S) or a gun-barrel pointed at the screen (CS:GO) on the scoreboard next to Player A's name.
Additionally in CS:GO, a special radio response from Player A's faction will be triggered and heard by Player A when Player A dominates Player B.
When Player A becomes Player B's Nemesis, they sport a devil icon (CS:S) or gun-barrel icon (CS:GO) on the scoreboard and on the Deathcam which solely allows Player B to identify them. If Player B's Nemesis (Player A) kills Player B again, the Deathcam will identify Player A as Player B's Nemesis, and states that "X is still your nemesis" (CS:S) or "You're still being dominated" (CS:GO).
It is possible for one player's to have more than one Nemesis, and for one player to dominate more than one enemy.
The Nemesis feature was added to promote relationships between players, creating a small negative reinforcement loop by giving players an opportunity to kill the dominating player for revenge.
Revenge[]
If Player B kills or assists in killing Player A (only in Deathmatch of CS:GO), Player A will lose the Domination and Player B's Nemesis status; this is known as a Revenge kill and an icon of broken chain (CS:S) or fist (Uprising symbol in CS:GO) will appear on Player A's Deathcam and next to Player A's name on the kills feed. Obtaining a Revenge kill also shows a notification in the chat box.
Team-swapping will cause all Domination statuses on all players to be removed. Changing maps will also yield the same result.
