Train Station (cs_station) was an official Hostage rescue map featured in the Counter-Strike beta.
Overview[]
Train Station was made by Stephen "Markus" Superville. It was added in Beta 4.0 and lasted until Beta 5.2.
The majority of the map takes place underground, most likely in a subway system.
It is unknown why this map was removed, but it was possible that this map was "newbie" unfriendly because map is dark, and contains so many rooms and ducts that were hard to remember or recognize.
