The M-79 is a cut, single shot grenade launcher that originated from Rogue Entertainment's build of Counter-Strike: Condition Zero.

  • Not much is known about the weapon aside from what is said in its Computer Gaming World coverage.
    • It was to be useful for hard to reach corners, allowing its users to easily flush out snipers from certain positions.

  • This is the second grenade launcher to be cut from the series, the first one being the HK69 from the first and second betas of Counter-Strike.
    • These two launchers happen to share the same cartridge, the 40x46mm Grenade.
